Amazing Nature Contest: Thematic Challenge - #18/2

          THEME 

NATIVE and NON-NATIVE WOODY PLANTS
(trees, shrubs)

My yard is adorned with a sour rose (Rhus typhina L 'Laciniata'.)
In October, the leaves change color, and slowly turn from orange to reddish.... I really like this tree, which is a true decoration of autumn.. In my area, we call it Deer Horn, because it has slender branches and the branches bend in various directions.... when a tree is cut nicely it becomes very interesting...it originates from North America.

Thanks to acids and various oils, sour ruj (as it is also called) is a strong antioxidant...
It has many more applications in folk medicine and is used in diseases such as diarrhea, rheumatism, gout...or colds...
The powder of the flowers is also medicinal, and when mixed with water, it is used to treat tumors, scurvy and dysentery...

The beauty of the tree combined with the beauty of the rose amazed me...
This fall my plants are beautiful...
