Wroko Man Dey

Hello friends,
In Suriname we celebrate today Wroko Man Dey.
This day is marked as a national holiday in our country.
I don't know what the exact English word is for Wroko Man Dey.

Wroko Man Dey is from the Sranan language. Literally it means:
Wroko = Work
Man = people
Dey = Day

The meaning of this is that every working people gets a day off to celebrate this with their loved ones at home. In Suriname no one works on this day, except police, doctors in emergency and some others.

To celebrate this holiday woth you guys I came up with a post of this wedding.
Let's take a walk...

Here is our couple Akshay and Kajol.

This is the moment before wedding where Akshay gets dressed up as a king.
His best man ( the husband of his sister) does help him to do all the tasks.
