I'm starting today's episode by saying good morning to everyone again.Morning is one of the most important times because it is when people start their day.If your morning is bad then your day will be bad.So start your day by eating as nutritious a meal as possible in the morning.Avoid oily food as much as possible in the morning.And besides eating nutritious food, try to walk for at least 20 minutes in the morning then your day will be better.Eating nutritious food in the morning is very important.

Look I have had the experience of a doctor and I have had the experience of the past.Doctors recommend eating some nutritious foods in the morning, one of which is bananas, eggs, dates, honey, apple and cashews.If you think these foods are too expensive and I can't afford to eat them every day, there are other ways.But from here you can choose the egg because eating an egg in the morning is very good.Eating an egg in the morning will increase your energy throughout the day.Eggs and bananas can be a very good food.

You can start your morning with some cheap and good food which is very beneficial for your body.You can have a banana and egg along with various types of vegetables.In the morning you can eat very normal food made of vegetables which is healthy.You can make a salad with vegetables and eat white rice.In the morning you can cook khichuri with vegetables and eat it which is healthy.However, I would suggest you to have a banana and an egg with these foods too.An egg and banana in the morning means strength.

Try to walk for at least 20 minutes before or aftey eating.Because this walk is very good for your health.We try to eat nutritious food with vegetables every morning and I especially try to walk for at least 20 minutes every morning.It's a little warmer this Thursday morning so we don't need winter clothes.But the weather outside looked great.So this morning our breakfast was nutritious vegetable khichuri and I cooked it myself.My goal today was to cook all the vegetables khichuri first and then go for a walk.

Vegetable Khichuri is a traditional nutritious dish of our country and it is a very popular dish.It is a very nutritious food at a low cost and is oil-free.This is not our daily food but we sometimes cook this vegetable khichuri and eat it so you can also cook it sometimes because it is a very nutritious food.I think it is a perfect food for everyone.I will add banana and egg to it then it will become a powerful food.

So after cooking and eating vegetable khichuri, I went out for a walk this morning.Suddenly the temperature has risen a lot this morning which means that summer is coming.However the sun has not been seen so far this morning, so of this morning's weather my first goal was to cook khichuri and then go for a walk.So after eating these nutritious foods in the morning, I went for a walk outside in nature.You can see in the picture what the weather is like today.I took the pictures while walking through the natural area.

Morning is very important, so do the right things and eat the right foods to maintain your health during this time.While walking through the natural area, I cleaned up the trash from that area which I shared here.The pictures below bear witness to the cleaning up of trash from the natural area on Thursday morning.
