Monomad: Today’s Market Arena
# This is my entry for the #monomad challenge .
How passionate to share with you today on this challenge black and white community. Hope to find you all in wellness as I joined in with shots of photos from the market place today
Its amazing to see how some crops are more available in some months and season of the year, while sometimes some food crops disappears completely.
Around the market today its very obvious that the yam 🍠 tuber and potatoes 🥔 are in season in my region since this is month of September when these crops are coming out and also being harvested.I can see yam around the market and also being vendors around, all with slight mud on them showing its direct from the the farmer’s . Orange 🍊 are also one fruit that is season since the month of August and into September.
Moving further to source the items I came to purchase, I came across cherry tomatoes 🍅, onions 🧅 and food condiments, like spices of all kinds. I could also see fresh vegetables 🥗 all around conners in the stalls.
I could see plantains at one side of the market, a shop for a quick snacks, including loafs of bread for those who comes to buy many other things in the market, making it so easy.
A gas seller displays sizes of cylinders for those who will want to refill their cylinder and those who will want to buy new ones.
The market place is never complete without fruits as I came across a a man selling packed strawberry 🍓, grape 🍇, pineapple 🍍, carrots 🥕, cucumber 🥒 and others .
This very market called oja is a market for a small community of people but practically has the most essentials.
This is all for today. Hope to share with you more amazing shots soonest. Wish you all happy black and white hunting 😇❤️
