🧑🏻‍🍳Start your day with love: Delicious minced pork and mixed vegetable soup🥗

Hello, my lovely friends!

Monday morning has begun again, and the kitchen is fresh and cheerful. I started the day by preparing a delicious breakfast for my daughter before she heads to school. Today's menu is Minced Pork and Mixed Vegetable Soup, which is easy to make and nutritious. Before I started cooking, I made breakfast for myself and my husband first, as it's just as important to fuel myself. I steamed the prepared steamed buns, but I had to laugh at my forgetfulness because the steamer was in another house. But my determination never wavered, so I switched gears and put them in the oven instead. The result was a bun with a discolored skin, turning a light brown. While the flavor was still a mystery, it was a nice little challenge for the morning.

Then I made two hot cups of coffee: one for me, a fragrant mocha, and the other for my husband, a cappuccino with smooth, foamy milk. These two cups of coffee were a great way to boost my energy for the morning, and they were even more delicious when paired with a baked bun. Once we were full and ready to go, it was time to get into the kitchen and prepare breakfast for our daughter.

##Recipe and Method

Minced Pork and Mixed Vegetable Soup

This soup is not only delicious and flavorful, but it's also a great option for helping your child get complete nutrition from a variety of vegetables.

Ingredients Required

  • For the soup:
  • 1 liter of water
  • 3-4 large cloves of garlic (lightly crushed or finely chopped)
  • 3-4 coriander roots (lightly crushed)
  • A little vegetable oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
  • For the minced pork:
  • 200 grams of minced pork
  • 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce
  • A pinch of ground black pepper

For the mixed vegetables

  • Chinese cabbage
  • Carrot
  • Mushrooms (as desired)
  • Other (as desired)

How to make it:

  • Heat a wok or pot over medium heat on a gas stove. Add a little oil, then add the crushed garlic and stir-fry until golden brown and fragrant.
  • Add water and coriander root: Add water to the pot. Once the water begins to boil, reduce the heat to low to medium. Then, add the crushed coriander root to enhance the broth's aroma.

  • Forming Minced Pork: While waiting for the water to boil, mix the minced pork with a little soy sauce and ground black pepper. Then, form into bite-sized balls.
  • Adding Minced Pork: When the water in the pot boils again, slowly add the minced pork balls one at a time. Wait until the pork is cooked through and floats to the surface.

  • Add vegetables: When the pork is cooked, start adding different vegetables in order of difficulty of cooking, such as carrots (hardest to cook), followed by vegetables.

  • Seasoning: Season with salt and soy sauce to taste. Taste to adjust the flavor as desired and turn off the heat.

It's all finished and ready to serve, the menu of love. For today, I must say goodbye for now, my friends. See you again next time.

Thank you for following and supporting me. Thank you very much.
