Welcome back to my little haven of happiness. Today, I want to share a day in my life, filled with a bustling yet warm atmosphere and the dedication I put into what I love.
✨ Morning: My happiness begins with caring for my mornings. It doesn't start with rushing, but with attentiveness. My first and most important task is preparing breakfast for my family, especially taking care of my mother-in-law. Her full stomach and smile are the best encouragement to start the day.
After taking care of the family, it's time for my little pets, who are waiting for their breakfast. Once everyone is ready, I open my small beverage shop in front of the house to welcome customers. This morning, a few customers stopped by, which was heartwarming. While waiting for orders, I took the opportunity to water the plants and tend to the small front yard, creating a shady and relaxing corner that brings positive energy to everyone who sees it.
🌱 Afternoon Gardening Day: Recharging the Soil
After a refueling lunch, the big task of the day awaited! My husband and I prepared to fertilize our oil palm plantation. We chose organic fertilizer to preserve soil quality in the long run. Today, we used our trusty motorbike to transport the fertilizer sacks to the plantation.
On over 8.5 rai of land, we both pitched in, applying fertilizer to each tree according to the appropriate proportions (approximately 1 kilogram per tree). Even though the sun was scorching and sweat was streaming down our cheeks, seeing the palm trees slowly grow thanks to our own care was a truly cherished experience. Before leaving the plantation for the day, I made sure to feed our pets so we wouldn't have to worry about them in the evening.
🏡 **A perfect end to the day: Returning home, I donned my shopkeeper hat, opened my drink stall for a little while longer, and used the leftover organic fertilizer from the garden to nourish the backyard vegetable garden, making it lush and green. The day ended, though physically tiring, but my heart swelled with happiness at having fulfilled all my roles as a daughter-in-law, wife, and farmer.
