🌿☕ Capturing the Joys of a Weekend Morning: From the Garden to Family and Pet Care 🥰♥️

Hello, my lovely friends!

Today is a very special day off for me. The clock seems to slow down, allowing us to savor the happiness around us. Even though it's a holiday, my duties as a caregiver don't stop. Early this morning, I began my tasks of keeping the house tidy, taking care of family members and tidying up the house to get it sparkling clean, in preparation for going out to breathe the fresh air at the garden.

🦆 A protein-rich journey: feeding animals and collecting fresh eggs.

Along the way, I saw two adorable little piglets that ran in front of my car, so I took pictures of them. I really liked these two piglets; they were running around in front of my car. These two piglets belong to my neighbor.

Upon stepping out the front door, my first task was to take the leftover food I'd prepared to the garden. Along the way, I couldn't resist taking out my camera to capture the scenery. When I reached the garden, the ducks, chickens, and geese greeted me with lively barking. I quickly fed them all, while my husband went to feed the fish in the pond – a division of labor we understood perfectly without needing to be asked.

The highlight of this morning was checking the eggs at the nesting site. Even though we only got 4-5 duck or chicken eggs today, it's a reward to be proud of because we cared for them ourselves. They are the best, safest, and freshest ingredients.

🌱 The Breath of the Earth and an Adventure in the Salak Garden

The weather has started to get quite hot lately. I noticed cracks in the ground in the garden, so I quickly grabbed the hose and watered the plants around the house. The scent of the soil after being watered was incredibly refreshing. After watering thoroughly, the air around us immediately felt cooler.
Then, my husband invited me to play Cupid for the salak tree. We learned how to pollinate by bringing male flowers to cross with female flowers. Today, I noticed that the female flowers we had pollinated together were getting bigger, a sign that the little salak trees are growing. Even though we walked in the sun until we were drenched in sweat, the hope of seeing a tree full of salak fruit made all the tiredness disappear.

🛵 City Missions and a Little Relaxation Spot
After leaving our farmhouse, we headed into the city to take care of some important errands. First, we renewed our vehicle registration at the transportation office, and then went to a barbershop. My husband loves short hair, and it didn't take long to get him the handsome look he wanted. While waiting, I enjoyed a quiet moment reflecting on the day.
Before heading home, we stopped at a pet food store to stock up on supplies for our family. We bought a large bag of dog food and 3 kilograms of cat food. We're truly taking care of all our pets!
Ending the day at the Trang City District Agricultural Office.
I'm currently waiting in the car in front of the Trang City District Agricultural Office. My husband is busy registering the farmer's book, while I'm using this time to write this article to share my story with my friends. It's a way to use my time productively and to record good memories.
My experience on a weekend morning:
Even though it seemed hectic with a long list of tasks, it was filled with love, care, and pride in our small-scale farming lifestyle. Happiness doesn't need to be sought far away; simply being happy with what we do each day is enough.
