Today, I'd like to share the story behind the deliciousness of our regularly made drinks: a big grocery shopping spree yesterday. Yesterday afternoon, I took the opportunity to head out to the heart of Trang city, to the wholesale market specifically for ingredients used in our shop. The reason for this shopping trip was that several key ingredients for our drinks had run out.

📝 Preparation and the Mission to Find the Right Shops

Before departing, I meticulously wrote down a list of all the items I needed to purchase. It almost filled a whole page! There are many shops in Trang city that sell ingredients and equipment specifically for restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. I chose shops with clearly displayed prices and a wide variety of products. This not only helps me easily control costs but also saves me time comparing prices.

Initially, I visited many stores to compare prices, and I must admit it took quite some time to find the "right" one. As I mentioned, the prices varied drastically from store to store. Eventually, I came across a wholesale supplier that didn't just sell beverage ingredients, but also various plastic materials like cups, lids, and straws, as well as baking ingredients—a one-stop shop.

🌟 A Truly Impressive Experience with Excellent Service

Upon arriving at the store, I wasted no time in taking photos and videos of the atmosphere. Then, I carefully selected items according to my shopping list, including palm sugar, cooking oil, kitchen sauces, and essential items like plastic bags, cups, lids, and straws, as well as various drinks and sweet beverages. What particularly impressed me was the service from the staff. When I handed them my bill, the staff didn't just go and get the items; they picked up each item for me to examine and confirm, "Yes, that's it." This showed great attention to detail and ensured I received everything I wanted. I was extremely satisfied with the service at this store.

💫 It wasn't just shopping, it was about "learning."
Before leaving, I realized I was missing some important items from my list: condensed milk and a regular coffee. So I quickly reminded the staff. Once everything was complete, the staff proceeded with the payment.

While the staff was processing the bill, I took the opportunity to take more pictures and explore the store's atmosphere. The store was very well-organized, with everything clearly categorized, making shopping incredibly easy! Each item had a clearly visible price tag, and especially in the beverage section, there was a wide variety of ingredients to choose from to create new menu items for our customers.

Furthermore, the staff also introduced us to new products, which we learned about! I consider this shopping trip not just about buying things, but about learning about new products and ingredients that will help further develop our business. It's extremely beneficial for both newcomers who are about to open a shop and existing shops that want to update their menus to be more modern.
