πββοΈ Small Morning Victories: When Exercise Is More Than Just Moving
Hello, my lovely friends.
This morning, I woke up with a different feeling. A clear sense of determination to continue the wonderful exercise routine I'd started. It's more than just discipline; it's the joy of exercising.
My alarm hadn't even gone off yet, but the first victory was already in sight. I usually set my alarm for 5:00 AM, but this morning was a surprise. My body seemed to have been reprogrammed. I woke up a little before 4:00 AM (4:00 AM) without even needing an alarm. This is a sign that a good routine has sunk into my subconscious.
This quiet moment before sunrise is the golden moment of life. It's a moment when we can fully cherish our alone time instead of wasting it, and I'm making the most of it.
Managing Life: Personal and Family Commitments
Instead of rushing, I start my day by preparing systematically.

- Manage kitchen business and calmly prepare the items for the day's sales. Waking up early makes everything run smoothly. The feeling of having plenty of time is a priceless gift that reduces the rush and stress of the morning, allowing the mind to relax and be ready to tackle whatever the day brings. Mutual motivation
When the main alarm goes off at 5:00 a.m., instead of hitting the snooze button, I get up and call my husband on the second floor to get ready for a workout together.
Having a buddy or workout partner is key to strengthening our discipline. When someone is waiting, we have no excuse to snuggle under the covers. Competing with my husband or doing activities together in the morning not only strengthens our bodies, but also builds a bond and boosts our spirits.
... Helps clear my mind and clear my mind. - Energy boost: Instead of feeling tired after waking up, I feel refreshed and revitalized, ready for all the work and activities that follow.
I stepped out onto my regular jogging track, the concrete road in the village, for a morning workout. What made this morning special was that my husband went jogging with me. Having a friend by my side multiplied my energy and happiness. Especially today, since my daughter's school is on break, I had plenty of time to exercise without rushing.
We started jogging from the concrete road in the village, heading towards the temple. Along the way, I caught sight of a wild chicken running by quickly. The surroundings were beautiful this morning. I couldn't help but take pictures of both the long concrete road and the sky. Although it looked dark and rainy, it was still beautiful in its own way. Yesterday, it rained almost all day, but not so much that it hindered my daily life.
As we continued exercising, I took in the atmosphere around me and ran until we reached the Trang River bank, where the road along the canal ends. Then, we ran back onto the concrete road again. Even though I jogged slowly, I started to sweat, leaving my body feeling incredibly energized and refreshed. Finally, after running three or four laps, the watch on my wrist beeped, signaling it was time to take a break.
Happiness: The joy of starting the day by moving, spending time with loved ones, and enjoying the surroundings.
