ENGLISH CONTENT

Hello to all the cat lovers in this community! One of the things I missed most about being in the capital, besides having access to my sewing and drawing supplies, was being able to spend time with Ying and Cleo, my feline nephews. When I went on vacation, Cleo had only been with the family for a couple of months and was quite small. When I returned after a month, I noticed how much she's grown, becoming almost as long as Ying, although Ying is still heavier and bigger, since he's a full-grown adult cat (even though he acts like a kitten 😇).

It was a pleasant surprise to find that Ying and Cleo not only still play energetically with each other, but also don't hesitate to seek each other out when they want to sleep next to something warm. It doesn't matter who's lying down first; if they want to, they'll go over and find a spot to settle on. The sweetest part is that sometimes these encounters begin with a few minutes of grooming. Every time I see them, it fills me with tenderness, and I wish my cat, Ikki, could be so close with the cats he lives with... but Ikki is the kind of cat who'd rather fight than anything else 😅

Both Cleo and Ying love boxes. Ying, however, prefers to sleep on them and is a little afraid of getting inside them, because if she does, she'll almost immediately jump out. Cleo, on the other hand, loves both getting into boxes and sleeping on top of them. Just a couple of days ago, I happened to see her trying to get into a cereal box and a lightbulb box. She was so determined that she ended up tearing the boxes apart! She's such a playful cat!

I need to remove a box of books I put on the dining room table, but I haven't, because they both love to fall asleep on it. And I confess, I like to work, whether it's at the sewing machine or on my laptop, with one or both of them sleeping peacefully in front of me. I feel that, no matter what happens, the peace that Cleo and Ying exude when they sleep together is wonderful. ✨

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad ya amantes de los gatos! Una de las cosas que más extrañaba de estar en la capital, aparte de tener acceso a mis materiales de costura y de dibujo, era precisamente poder pasar tiempo con Ying y Cleo, mis sobrinos gatunos. Cuando me fui de vacaciones, Cleo apenas tenía un par de meses de haberse unido a la familia y era bastante pequeña de tamaño, al volver luego de un mes, pude notar lo mucho que se ha estirado, siendo casi tan larga como Ying, aunque éste último, sigue siendo más pesado y grande, ya que es todo un gato adulto (aunque se comporte como todo un cachorro 😇).

Fue una grata sorpresa encontrarme con que Ying y Cleo no sólo siguen jugando enérgicamente entre ellos, sino que no dudan en buscar al otro cuando quieren dormir junto a algo cálido. No importa quién esté acostado primero, si así lo quiere, se acercará para hallar la forma de encontrar un costado en el cual posarse. Lo más lindo, es que en ocasiones estos acercamientos comienzan con unos minutos de acicalamiento. Cada vez que los veo, me llena de ternura y quisiera que mi gato Ikki, pudiera ser tan unido con los gatos con los que convive... pero Ikki es de los gatos que prefiere irse a los golpes antes que otra cosa 😅

Tanto Cleo como Ying, son amantes de las cajas. Aunque Ying prefiere más que nada dormirse sobre las mismas y le tiene un poco de miedo a meterse dentro de ellas, porque de hacerlo, saldrá casi de inmediato. En cambio Cleo, adora tanto meterse en las cajas, como dormirse encima de ellas. Casualmente, hace un par de días atrás, tuve la oportunidad de ver sus intentos por tratar de meterse dentro de una caja de cereal y en otra de un bombillo, fue tanta su determinación, que acabó rompiendo las cajas ¡Es una gata muy juguetona!.

Tengo que retirar una caja con libros que coloqué encima de la mesa del comedor, pero no lo he hecho, porque ambos disfrutan de dormirse sobre ella y lo confieso, a mí me gusta trabajar, ya sea en la máquina de coser o en la laptop y tener a alguno de los dos o a ambos gatos, durmiendo plácidamente frente de mí. Siento que, sin importar lo que suceda, la paz que desprenden Cleo y Ying durmiendo juntos, es maravillosa ✨
