Hello to all members of this community and anime lovers! Today I'm here to tell you about my experience eating ramen at a place specifically for it, and the best part is, it's themed around the famous Ichiraku, the ramen shop that appears in the anime Naruto.

The restaurant is called Ichiraku Ramen and is located in the city of Barquisimeto (Venezuela). I visited the branch in the eastern part of the city, but as far as I know, there's another one, and even one in the capital (I'd seen it before, but I wasn't brave enough to go alone 😆). Since I'm in this city visiting my boyfriend @yugochin, we thought about eating at different places and trying different cuisines, and that's when we considered the possibility of having ramen at that place we'd seen on social media.

Up until that moment, I had only eaten instant ramen that I made at home, where I sometimes eat it plain or with vegetables that make it more of a delicious homemade soup, yes... but nothing that looks and tastes like ramen. We were eager to try that delicious broth and find out what we were missing. So, we went around lunchtime... but there was no electricity, so we decided to have lunch somewhere else and save the experience for the evening. When we arrived, the place was empty, so we were quickly served by the staff.

For lunch, we ordered a couple of small bowls of ramen. My boyfriend isn't very adventurous when it comes to trying new things, so I advised him to order something not too big. Personally, I can't eat much because I get full quickly, so the small bowl was perfect for me. I wanted to try the vegan ramen, but unfortunately, it was only available by special order. Even so, I asked what was in it, and my mouth watered just imagining that combination of ingredients in a tomato soup broth! I hope to try that ramen soon! 🤤🍜

🍜 The ramen presentation was beautiful 🍜

Actually, the only type of ramen available was chicken, haha, but we weren't complaining. At least in my case, it was the one I would order if the vegan option wasn't available. My boyfriend and I aren't fans of boiled eggs, so we ordered it without them. This ramen had shrimp, and I asked them not to add them either, haha, but the rest of the ingredients remained the same: chicken, carrots, seaweed, scallions, and of course, the noodles.

I feel like all my experience using chopsticks at home helped me out at that moment, because when I started eating, I had no trouble picking up the noodles, as well as the rest of the ingredients; on the other hand, my boyfriend was struggling with it. It was quite funny watching him struggle to pick up the noodles without using chopsticks, but in the end, we were able to eat all the ramen without any problems and it was delicious. We were satisfied and left with a great experience. I would like to come back another time and try other things on the menu, like the drinks and desserts 😇

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes del anime! Hoy vengos a hablarles acerca de mi experiencia comiendo ramen en un local especialmente para ello y lo mejor, ambientado en en famoso Ichiraku, el puesto de ramen que aparece en el anime Naruto.

El local lleva por nombre Ichiraku Ramen y se encuentra ubicado en la ciudad de Barquisimeto (Venezuela). Yo visité la sucursal que se encuentra por el Este de la ciudad, pero según tengo entendido, hay otra más e inclusive hay en la capital del país (ya la había visto, pero no me animaba a ir sola 😆). Como estoy en esta ciudad visitando a mi novio @yugochin, pensamos en comer en sitios y comidas diferentes y fue cuando pensamos en la posibilidad de comer ramen en ese lugar que habíamos visto por las redes sociales.

🍜 El puesto de ramen luce hermoso 😳

Hasta ese momento, sólo había comido ramen instántaneo preparado por mí en casa, donde a veces suelo comerlo solo o colocándole veduras que lo vuelven más que nada, una sopa casera deliciosa, sí.. pero nada que luzca y sepa como el ramen. Estábamos ansiosos por probar ese delicioso caldo y saber qué nos estábamos perdiendo. De ese modo, fuimos a la hora de almuerzo... pero no había energía eléctrica, así que decidimos almozar en otro lugar y dejar la experiencia para la noche. Al llegar en ese momento, el lugar se hallaba solo, por lo que fuimos atendidos rápidamente por los chicos.

🍜 La decoración es encantadora 🍜

A pesar de que el espacio es pequeño, está muy bien ambientado, lo que hace la experiencia del consumidor bastante grata. De hecho, me dio pesar no haber empacado mi cosplay de Rock Lee, pues hubiera sido genial tomarme unas fotos comiendo ramen con un "outfit" adecuado 😆 aunque bueno, podría pensarlo en una próxima oportunidad.

Para comer, pedimos un par de tazones pequeños de ramen, pues mi novio no es muy arriesgado a la hora de comer cosas nuevas, así que le aconsejé pedir algo que no fuese exagerado. En mi caso, no puedo comer mucho porque me lleno rápido, así que el plato pequeño era perfecto para mí. Deseaba probar el ramen vegano, pero lamentablemente no se encontraba disponible más que por encargo; aún así pregunté qué llevaba y la boca se me hizo agua de sólo imaginar esa combinación de ingredientes sobre un caldo de sopa de tomate ¡Espero probar ese ramen luego! 🤤🍜

🍜 La presentación del ramen era preciosa 🍜

De hecho, el único tipo de ramen disponible era el de pollo jaja pero no nos quejamos, al menos en mi caso, era el que pediría si el vegano no se encontraba. Mi novio y yo no somos amantes del huevo sancochado, así que lo pedimos sin ese ingrediente. Ese ramen llevaba camarones y pedí que no los colocasen tampoco jaja pero el resto de ingredientes se mantuvo: pollo, zanahoria, algas, cebollin y por supuesto, los fideos.

✨ La experiencia de reunirse aquí con un grupo de amigos, debe ser genial ✨

Siento que toda mi experiencia usando palillos en casa, me ayudó en ese momento, porque cuando comencé a comer, no se me hizo complicado poder tomar los fideos, así como el resto de ingredientes; en cambio, mi novio, estaba luchando con ello. Fue bastante gracioso verlo batallar por tomar los fideos sin poder usar los palillos, pero al final, pudimos comernos todo el ramen sin problemas y estuvo delicioso. Quedamos satisfechos y nos pudimos ir con una buena experiencia. Me gustaría volver en otra oportunidad y probar otras cosas del menú, como las bebidas y los postres 😇
