CONTENT IN ENGLISH

Hello to all street art expeditionists! I am from Venezuela and in the city of Barquisimeto, I have had the opportunity to find several interesting murals with several years of antiquity. More, for this week, I managed to find a mural that I had never seen and what is better, is from this year that is about to end. It was prepared for the Ministry for Popular Power for Urban Agriculture. Miguel, the artist, made an interesting drawing that encompasses the daily work of the farmer. I love not only the design of the mural, but the way in which it had painted it, the level of dedication that its creator put on it. For me, it is really beautiful. It is a pity that although it is in what could be called the center area of the city, it is precisely in one of the least central and passing streets, in a corner where it is difficult to be appreciated by the hurried transense. Even so, it is a relief having found it to be able to contemplate it.

What I usually find more often throughout the city, are graffiti. And it is that, although most of them are already at their walls, from time to time, a new one usually appears. So I’m always “lurking”. What I like to appreciate of graffiti, are their shapes and colors. The combinations of colors that the artist can do, even though they are few, can give him to his drawing, somewhat attractive.

In the same way, I like to find similarity between graffiti, knowing what artist he did with just seeing him. It does not happen all the time, but when it happens, it is a bit exciting. Just renocer a phrase, letter style or simply by signature. It’s pretty fun.

I’ve also realized that many of the graphitis I have photographed, they look much better once I take a picture. Sometimes, at first glance, it is difficult to capture certain details or colors, especially with those who are quite clear. Not to mention that when it comes to photographing them, I take the time to get away from contemplating them better. Undoubtedly, finding street art is from my favorite activities, it is quite relaxing.

¡Hola a todos los expedicionistas de arte callejero! Soy de Venezuela y en la ciudad de Barquisimeto, he tenido la oportunidad de encontrarme con varios murales interesantes con varios años de antigüedad. Más, para esta semana, logré encontrar un mural que nunca había visto y lo que es mejor, es de éste año que está por terminar. El mismo fue elaborado para el Ministerio para el Poder Popular para la agricultura Urbana. Miguel, el artista, realizó un interesante dibujo que engloba el trabajo diario del agricultor. Me encanta no sólo el diseño del mural, sino la forma en que lo hubo pintado, se nota el nivel de dedicación que puso su creador en él. Para mí, es realmente hermoso. Es una lástima que a pesar de que se encuentra en lo que podría llamarse la zona centro de la ciudad, está precisamente en una de las calles menos centricas y de paso, en una esquina en donde es difícil que sea apreciado por el transeunte apresurado. Aún así, es un alivio haberlo hallado para poderlo contemplar.

Lo que si suelo hallar con más frecuencia a lo largo de la ciudad, son los grafitis. Y es que, aunque la mayoría tienen ya tiempo en sus muros, de vez en cuando, suele aparecer uno nuevo. Así que siempre estoy "al acecho". Lo que me gusta apreciar de los grafitis, son sus formas y colores. Las combinaciones de colores que pueda realizar el artista, a pesar de que sean pocos, puede darle a su dibujo, cierto atractivo.

Del mismo modo, me gusta encontrar similitud entre grafitis, sabiendo qué artista lo realizó con sólo verlo. No ocurre todo el tiempo, pero cuando sucede, es un poco emocionante. Basta con renocer una frase, estilo de letra o simplemente por la firma. Es bastante divertido.

También me he dado cuenta de que muchos de los grafitis que he fotografiado, se ven mucho mejor una vez que les saco una foto. En ocasiones, a simple vista, es difícil captar ciertos detalles o colores, sobretodo con aquellos que son bastante claros. Sin mencionar que a la hora de fotografiarlos, me tomo el tiempo de alejarme para contemplarlos mejor. Sin duda, encontrar arte callejero es de mis actividades favoritas, es bastante relajante.
