Hello to everyone in this community and all cat lovers! After little Cleo had her spay surgery and came home, the recovery process began. It wasn't easy for us, because being used to a playful and energetic kitten, seeing her so still, listless, and not playing was like we'd been given a completely different cat. Even Ying seemed different. He knew something was wrong, because he stopped going near Cleo and didn't seek her out to play or sleep together. It was as if they'd had a fight and didn't want to talk anymore, each doing their own thing, haha.

However, now that Cleo's wound has healed, she's back to her usual personality and spirit, as if nothing ever happened. In fact, even my siblings are a little stressed by her antics, as she seems to be more mischievous to make up for the mischief she missed while recovering, haha. She's even started playing with Ying again like always; they groom each other and sleep together. That made me feel much more relieved, because if Cleo lets Ying near her, it's because she feels good, and Ying loves playing with and grooming his baby. He's a great adoptive cat dad 💖

Even so, I'm afraid to pick her up, so I still do it carefully haha. The part of her skin that was shaved is already growing back fur. Also, we've noticed that Cleo has grown quite a bit! She seems to be the same size as Ying! Although not the same build, because Ying is still a cat I like to say weighs "1000 kg" because of how big he is haha.

It's a relief that Cleo is feeling better, so now we just have to make sure she doesn't cause any damage, because I think she's still in a rebellious and mischievous phase 😼

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes de los gatos! Luego de que la pequeña Cleo fuera sometida a su operación de esterilización y volviera a casa, comenzó el proceso de recuperación. No fue nada fácil para nosotros, porque estando acostumbrados a una gatita juguetona y enérgica, verla quieta, desganada y sin jugar, fue como si nos hubieran entregado a otra gata. Hasta Ying, se notaba diferente. Él sabía que algo ocurría, pues dejó de acercarse a Cleo y tampoco la buscaba para jugar, ni dormir juntos. Era como si se hubieran peleado y ya no quisieran hablarse, cada quién en lo suyo jaja.

Sin embargo, ahora que Cleo ya tiene la herida cicatrizada, ha vuelto a su carácter y ánimo de siempre, como si nunca hubiera pasado nada. Es más, hasta mis hermanos están algo estresados con sus ocurrencias, pues parece que está siendo más traviesa para cumplir con la cuota que no realizó de travesuras cuando estaba en recuperación jaja Hasta ha vuelto a jugar con Ying como siempre, se acicalan y duermen juntos. Eso, hizo que me sintiera más aliviada, ya que si Cleo permite que Ying se le acerque, es porque se siente bien y Ying, adora jugar y acicalar a su bebesa. Es un gran padre adoptivo gatuno 💖

Aún así, me da miedo cargarla, de modo que lo sigo haciendo con cuidado jaja La parte de su piel que raparon, ya está volviendo a tener pelaje. También, nos hemos dado cuenta de que Cleo ha crecido bastante ¡Parece estar del mismo tamaño de Ying! Aunque, no de la misma contextura, porque Ying sigue siendo un gato al que me gusta decir que pesa "1000 kg" por lo grande que es jaja.

Es un alivio que Cleo ya esté mejor, así que ahora toca cuidar que no haga algún destrozo, porque considero que sigue estando en una etapa en la que quiere ser rebelde y traviesa 😼

💕Amé esa fotografía de ellos. Parece una pose muy "artística" que nos recuerda que a pesar de las vicisitudes, ellos están juntos 💕
