Hello to all members of this community and cat lovers! The most anticipated day of the week has arrived, where we can see and share photos and anecdotes about our feline companions 😉 In my case, the one I spend the most time documenting is Cleopatra, or Cleo as she's affectionately known. Cleo, being much younger than her playmate, Ying (who is an adult cat), is always getting into mischief whenever she can. For example, as I write this, I'm guarding a bag of bread on the table so Cleo doesn't try to chew it, haha. Cleo loves bread and butter—she goes crazy for both! But we don't let her eat them. The times she has, it's been by accident, because we trusted Ying, who isn't interested in human food... but it turns out Cleo is.

But, Cleo not only likes the bags when they are full of delicious bread, she also likes them when they are empty, but not to eat them, but to play and get inside them. This playful behavior of hers touches me and reminds me a lot of the fascination of Ikki (my cat, who is in the care of my boyfriend), who loves to get into dark bags and purses. Unlike Ikki, who leaves as soon as you move the bag where it goes, Cleo is much more reckless. You can push her and without hesitation, she will get inside the bag and that's not all, she is willing to let herself walk around inside the bag as if it were a newly purchased item. I imagine she sees it as if it were a swing game haha ​​of course, we are very careful when doing it and it is only done for a few seconds, to avoid making her dizzy or scared.

As for Ying, although he's curious about boxes and papers, his fascination with bags isn't the same as Cleo's. He might approach to sniff, but you'll never see him try to get into a bag. Being a skittish cat, he doesn't like feeling "trapped." Anyway... as long as she doesn't make a mess, Cleo can keep getting inside the bags. Although, the fact that she's so curious sometimes catches Ying's attention, and that only makes it cuter. I imagine that when he goes to see what she's doing, it's also because he's worried about her 💕

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes de los gatos! Ha llegado el día de la semana más esperado, en donde podremos ver y compartir fotografías y anécdotas de nuestros compañeros felinos 😉 En mi caso, a quién más me la paso documentando es a la gata Cleopatra o Cleo, de cariño. Cleo, al ser muchísimo más joven que su compañero de juegos, Ying (quién es un gato adulto), se la pasa metida en travesuras cada vez que puede. Por ejemplo, al momento de escribir estas líneas, estoy custodiando una bolsa de pan que está sobre la mesa para que Cleo, no intente masticarla jaja A Cleo le encanta el pan y la mantequilla ¡Se vuelve loca por ambos! Pero no permitimos que las coma, las veces que lo hizo, fue en un descuido, confiándonos ya que a Ying no le interesa la comida humana... pero resultó que a Cleo sí.

Pero, a Cleo no solamente le gustan las bolsas cuando están llenas de delicioso pan, también le gustan cuando están vacías, pero no para comerlas, sino para jugar y meterse dentro de ellas. Este comportamiento juguetón de ella me enternece y me recuerda mucho a la fascinación que tiene Ikki (mi gato, que está al cuidado de mi novio), al cual le fascina meterse dentro de bolsas oscuras y bolsos. A diferencia de Ikki, que se va en cuanto mueves la bolsa en dónde se mete, Cleo es mucho más temeraria. Puedes empujarla y sin dudarlo, se meterá dentro de la bolsa y eso no es todo, está dispuesta a dejarse pasear dentro de la bolsa como si fuera un artículo recién comprado. Me imagino que lo ve como si fuera un juego de columpiarse jaja por supuesto, tenemos mucho cuidado al hacerlo y sólo se realiza por unos segundos, para evitar marearla o que se asuste.

En cuanto a Ying, a pesar de que se siente curioso por los cajas y los papeles, su fascinación por las bolsas no es la misma que tiene Cleo. Puede acercarse para oler, pero nunca lo verás intentar meterse en una bolsa. Siendo un gato asustadizo, no le gusta sentirse "atrapado". En fin... mientras que no haga ningún destrozo, Cleo puede seguir metiéndose dentro de las bolsas. Aunque, el hecho de que sea tan curiosa, en algunos momentos llama la atención de Ying y eso, sólo aumenta el grado de ternura. Yo me imagino que cuando se acerca a ver qué está haciendo, también lo hace porque está preocupado por ella 💕
