Hello to all members of this community and cat lovers! Another week is almost over, and with it comes the best part of the week: seeing beautiful pictures of kittens on their daily adventures 😌 I managed to get some pictures of Ying and Cleo doing something other than sleeping, haha. Speaking of Cleo, it seems she recently went into her first heat or something, as she was acting very differently than usual and had even stopped playing with Ying, preferring to just seek affection from us. But she's feeling better now (My sister is arranging everything for her spaying 😉).

😻 Cleo seeking attention 😻

That's how I went from carrying little Cleo and stopping everything to cuddle her, to being supervised by her again while I did my sewing. I don't mind her or Ying being around, but I'm always keeping an eye on what they're doing... and Cleo, all she wanted was to find a chance to play with my pincushion or get hold of some thread! She didn't want any of her toys, she just wanted my things! It was a relief to see her back to her usual cheerful self, but I felt like I was babysitting a naughty child. Luckily, she eventually understands and ends up focusing on something else or falling asleep 😆

😼 Supervising the work or hunting for a place to sleep? 😼

Sometimes, Ying is my savior, because they start playing or grooming each other. Gradually, Cleo stopped ignoring Ying and began seeking him out again to play and lick each other. As I've mentioned before, seeing them like that not only melts my heart, but also fills me with joy for Ying. The apartment is a small place, especially for an adult cat who grew up with a huge garden to explore. Now that Cleo keeps him company, I feel that Ying is no longer lonely, and even though he no longer plays with his balls and other toys, the energy he puts into his "fights" with Cleo shows that this is his kind of fun.

Another thing that fascinates me is when Cleo discovers a new game or toy, and Ying, curious, approaches and ends up joining in. Last time, it was a box, and recently, it was a food package. When I woke up one morning, I noticed Ying hitting this seemingly empty package, and when I looked inside, I realized what he was really doing: playing with Cleo. Ying doesn't really like getting inside bags or boxes, but Cleo loves it. Ying, on the other hand, likes to swipe at things from the outside 😆 I would have liked to leave the package for them to play with, but if we let them keep everything they find fun, the floor will end up covered in wrappers, lids, and empty boxes. Let me tell you something? If it were my house, I wouldn't have a problem spoiling my cats with all the toys they want, haha.

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes de los gatos! Otra semana casi termina y con ello, llega el mejor momento de la semana, en donde podemos ver fotografías hermosas de gatitos en sus aventuras diarias 😌 Por mi lado, logré obtener algunas fotografías de Ying y Cleo, haciendo otra cosa más que dormir jaja Hablando de Cleo, hace poco parece que entró en su primer celo o algo así, pues se mostraba muy diferente a lo habitual y hasta había dejado de jugar con Ying, pues prefería sólo buscar mimos de nuestra parte. Pero, ya se siente mejor (Mi hermana está arreglando todo para su esterilización 😉).

😻 Cleo buscando atención 😻

Fue así como pasé de estar cargando a la pequeña Cleo y de paralizar lo que estaba haciendo para darle mimos, para acabar de nuevo siendo supervisada por ella durante mis actividades de costura. No me molesta que ni ella ni Ying estén cerca, pero siempre estoy al pendiente de lo que hacen... y Cleo, lo único que quería era encontrar la oportunidad de jugar con mi alfiletero o quedarse con algún hilo ¡No quería ninguno de sus juguetes, sólo quería mis cosas! Fue un alivio volver a verla con el mismo ánimo de siempre, pero me sentía como cuidando que a un niño travieso. Por suerte, ella entiende en algún momento y termina por poner su atención en otra cosa o echándose a dormir 😆

😼 ¿Supervisando la labor o cazando un lugar dónde dormir? 😼

A veces, Ying es mi salvador, pues se ponen a jugar o empiezan a acicalarse. Gradualmente, Cleo dejó de ignorar a Ying para comenzar a buscarlo de nuevo para jugar y lamerse. Como ya he mencionado antes, verlos de esa forma no sólo me enternece, sino que me hace sentir llena de alegría por Ying. El apartamento es un lugar pequeño y más para un gato adulto que creció con un jardín enorme para explorar. Ahora que Cleo le hace compañía, siento que Ying ya no se siente solo y aunque ya no juegue con sus pelotas y demás juguetes, la energía que pone durante sus "luchas" con Cleo, demuestra que ese es su tipo de diversión.

Otra cosa que me fascina, es cuando Cleo descubre algún juego o juguete nuevo y Ying, se acerca curioso y acaba formando parte del tema. La otra vez, fue una caja y en estos días, fue un empaque de alimentos. Al levantarme una mañana, me di cuenta de que Ying estaba golpeando éste paquete aparentemente vacío y cuando miré dentro, me di cuenta de lo que realmente hacía, era jugar con Cleo. A Ying, no le gusta mucho meterse dentro de bolsas o cajas, pero a Cleo, le encanta. En cambio, a Ying le gusta dar zarpazos por fuera 😆 Me hubiese gustado poder dejarle el paquete para que jugaran, pero si les dejamos quedarse con todo lo que les parezca divertido, el suelo acabará llenándose con envoltorios, tapas y cajas vacías ¿Les cuento algo? Si fuera mi casa, yo no tendría problema en malcriar a mis gatos con todos los juguetes que quieran jaja.
