Hello to all members of this community and animal lovers! While browsing my phone's gallery, I came across some photos I took of Julieta, the tortoise who lives in the countryside with my cat, Ikki. Since the house is located in an open area, Julieta spends most of her time in a small enclosure they set up for her. This not only prevents her from getting lost in the countryside but also keeps other animals away.
When it's time to go for a walk, Julieta gets excited, and if you're not careful, she's capable of disappearing into the bushes. We always have to supervise her in case she gets stuck or falls into the holes that were dug for renovations. She also likes to eat some plants—not all of them, in fact, her favorite are some heart-shaped leaves. I also saw her eating small pebbles, which scared me! But I read that it's normal for them.

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad y amantes de los animales! Mientras revisaba la galería de mi teléfono, me encontré con unas fotografías que le tomé a Julieta, la morrocoy que se encuentra en el campo junto a mi gato, Ikki. Como la casa está ubicada en un espacio abierto, Julieta se la pasa la mayor parte del tiempo en un pequeño espacio que acomodaron para ella. Esto no sólo evita que se pierda en el campo, sino que no se le acerquen otros animales.
Cuando llega el momento de salir a pasear, Julieta se emociona y si la descuidas, es capaz de meterse entre los arbustos. Siempre hay que supervisarla, por si se mete en un lugar de dónde no pueda salir o caiga en los agujeros que se han hecho para algunas remodelaciones. También, le gusta comer algunas plantas, no todas, de hecho, su favorita son unas hojas que tienen forma de corazón; también la vi comiéndose unas piedritas pequeñas ¡Eso me asustó! Pero leí que eso es normal para ellas.
