A day with a migraine.
Today I had a migraine—a bad day. I had a lot of plans, but because of the migraine, they fell through. The wind has picked up outside, and the heat continues. I want it to be warm, but not hot, I air temperature to drop by a few degrees. In general, I want to swim in a pond in this heat. Nothing will work out today. Today I have a headache.
In the morning, everyone demanded my attention. My family wanted a tasty breakfast. I had to cook breakfast. I made the simplest breakfast. I made sandwiches with butter and sausage, boiled eggs, and sausages, and added sauce. I made a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, salad peppers, and parsley. Onions, and carrots for the sandwiches. I seasoned it with French mustard. It gives this salad a piquant flavor. Everyone was happy. I was glad I didn’t have to cook anymore since my head continued to hurt.
My head started hurting yesterday and today it gradually turned into a severe pain stage. I hope my pills will help me. Although I think I need to massage my head.
I found an app called "Press in 30 days" I want to exercise. I liked this app. The app has instructions on how to set up a training plan, a voice coach, and background sound to suit your taste. As soon as my head stops hurting, I want to try doing exercises.
