out for a walk again part 2
Yesterday i posted the begining of the walk , today i'll be posting the rest of the +40 photos that i made yesterday .
If you missed the post from yesterday start here and catch up :

Otherwise put on your walking shoes and let's go for the final stretch .
And just like yesterday i will be using the Sony A7IV and my Laowa FF 15mm F4.5 Macro 1:2 and the Godox V1s flash unit .
1 ) Here is where we left yesterday on my search for mushrooms.
2 )This part has a lot of water, i might have to bring my tripod here one day for timelapse photography, all these clouds and reflections on the water will be perfect for it .
3 ) The path forward through the reet , you can hear plenty of little birds in the reet , just very hard to spot them with a 15mm lens .
4 ) Here you can see the bird look out post in the distance where you can watch the birds normally during the period of march 15 till august 15 .
5 ) the way we came ... through the reet
6 ) and the way forward through the treeline
7 ) closed during breeding season march 15 till august 15
8 )and look we got lucky , finally some mushrooms
9 )and while the sun is hiding behind a cloud , i'm happy that i brought the flashlight
10 ) And look dragon flies resting on the gate
11 )not easy to get closer with a 15mm macro lens
12 )and another one with 2 flies
13 ) this is less then 3 cm distance
14 )they are very shy so you need to move slowly
15 )
16 )but they do come back to the same spot very often , one last shot .
17 ) the clouds are getting a bit darker better move back towards the car .
18 )flowering thistle
19 )that part still looks nce and blue but the wind is changing already
20 )car park inside at the other end of the pool
21 )more dark clouds ..
22 ) i hope i can stay dry ....
23 ) ohhh hello , someone is trying to get above the grass
24 ) and there is more , nice another mushroom
25 ) growing in the shade underneath the trees
26 )good thing i brought my flash light with me
27 ) not sure abouit the species but i think it's Leccinum scabrum / birch bolete
28 ) they all look the same to me ,
29 )and that is also one of the reasons i never take them home with me .
30 ) and that is the last one time to get back home .

Thank you so much for your kind words sir
The mushrooms great but yes if you don't know what they are, best to leave them unless you are after poisoning someone lol

A hike that produced some wonderful images, and we appreciate you sharing them!
Thank you.
thank you , for me it's a way of relaxing and clearing my mind.
These bolets aren't straight edible. But there is some procedure, __I think cooking them long enough to neutralise toxins :) However, that looked like an amazing walk before fall is here.
yes , unlike today when then rain keeps coming , hopefully i can go out there again soon on the hunt for other mushrooms.
24..30 look edible and much like the ones we often pick up in our forests. I can't say their name though, I'd need to check in the book to make sure, that's a family that have a few looking quite similar to me and I often mix them up (they are all edible though, except for one or two which are rather easy to notice - by color or very bitter taste, etc)
i prefer to leave them in nature ,and use mushrooms from the store if i need some :)
Heh cool :) I'm half the same and half a taker. My parents like them a lot, so I sometimes pick them up and pass what I find to them. I like them as well, but ... to be honest I'm often too lazy. Double-checking/verifying and then preparing something edible from fresh mushrooms takes some time - so usually we're just drying them and then use as a spice for stew/etc, and for that purpose, dried ones form the store are just as good.
