Bringing the wife to work

Since my wife's eyesight is not as good as it used to be due to injections , i have to be the one driving her to work and back home again . Her eye problems are related to being a diabetic but so far so good.

While i'm up early in the morning 05:00 AM i get to enjoy a lot of sunrises in the morning , but now the sun is already up at the time we leave the house .

Looking at the sky it could rain today or maybe it will stay dry who knows .

My wife works as a nurse and arround the place where she works they have lovely flowers in the garden . So this morning i brought one of my cameras with me to take some flower pictures.

I decided to bring the Sony A7II + the old Jupiter-9 85mm lens f2 and an 16mm extension tube to get a little closer.

I'm unable yet to determinate the name of the flower they were catching some early sunlight.

And some white tea roses , and yes the sun was already behind a cloud .
Although the images might look the same they are taken with differend apperture ;)

then they had these orange flowering azalea / rhodondendron

And her a shot with nice Jupiter-9 bokeh

and the big old Aesculus horse chestnut tree flowering , i took this one earlier this week when it was nice and sunny while picking the wife up from work .

i hope you enjoyed it as much as i enjoyed making them .
