My plants are lavender \ Мої рослини - лаванда

The summer season is already over. I collected many photos but didn't have enough time to show you all of them. Then I will gradually show and tell about my plants and my dacha.

Finally, I will talk about lavender. This is an incredible smell. Everyone loves lavender not just me. Sometimes whole fields of lavender are grown in the Kharkiv region or Kyiv region, and I grow it in my dacha.

We bought a bush a long time ago in the Kherson region. Only one bush was bought. I immediately wanted to make this bush so that there was a lot of it, and then I realized that I also wanted other flowers and plants. She left this bush alone.

It froze over in the winter, dried up in the summer, and then recovered again, delighting us with its flowers and incredible smell.

Then I cut everything and put it in vases for flowers without water. Then I put them in bags and put them in the wardrobe.

Dried lavender grass is used as a spice, adding it to sauces, meat and fish dishes, soups, and salads. The lavender extract improves the taste and gives an aroma to confectionery products. Also, dried flowers of the plant are used to decorate dishes. Sometimes it is thrown into tea. I prefer tea. Everyone likes my tea. It soothes and gives a pleasant aroma. Lavender is also added to pillows. But I just put a bouquet in the bedroom and it improves sleep. I checked it myself)).

Літній сезон вже закінчився. Я зібрала купу фотографій, але не вистачило часу вам всі їх показати. То я поступово буду показувати і розповідати про свої рослини і свою дачу.

Нарешті розповім про лаванду. Це неймовірні запах. Всі люблять лаванду і не тільки я. Іноді на Харківщині або на Київщині вирощують цілі поля з лавандою, а я її вирощую на своїй дачі.

Ми купили кущ дуже давно в херсонській області. Всього один кущик купили. Це кущ я зразу хотіла зробити так, щоб її багато, а потім зрозуміла, що хочу і інші квіти і рослини. Залишила цей кущ один.

Він в мене перемерзав узимку, засихав в літку, а потім знов відновлювався ізнов нас радував своїми квітками і неймовірним запахом.

Потім я все зрізаю, ставлю у вази для квітів без води. Потім розкладаю у мішечки і складаю в шафу для одягу.

Взагалі сушену траву лаванди використовують у вигляді прянощів, додаючи в соуси, м'ясні та рибні страви, супи та салати. А екстракт лаванди покращує смак та надає аромату кондитерським виробам. Також сушені квітки рослини використовують для прикрашання страв. Іноді кидають у чай. Я більше люблю в чай. Такий чай в мене люблять усі. Він і заспокоює і дає приємний аромат. Ще лаванду додають у подушки. Але я просто ставлю букет в спальню і вона покращує сон. Я на собі перевірила)).
