The Family Photographer Strikes Again...

It is a gift and a curse; the family Photographer. I mean, you shoot, without pay, and when I ask my mum she tells me did I pay her for feeding me all through my growing up... a fair point, lol. Then there is the part where you have to work with their time, all that stuff, BUT nothing beats that feeling, the one where you offer your service and store those beautiful memories for your loved ones. I was ecstatic.

I haven't been active on hive recently because I was moving. I visited my family. A sort of pre-reunion before Christmas, lol. My sister was going for thanksgiving at church and she invited the whole family to go with her as is customary. An opportunity I surely couldn't pass up. I was also tasked with documenting the whole thing. I took a lot of photos, but I think these are the finest of the bunch. Enjoy.

I took the photos with my Nikon D3200. Turns out I do need to add another wide-angle lens to my kit. Damn. I got used to my nifty-fifty I didn't realize it wasn't a multi-purpose lens. I resurrected the 15-55 mm kit lens and bloody hell, the photos were bad. Blurry asf. Well, luckily I got some decent photos and it wasn't an absolute disaster.
