We took a short day trip today. Passed this cool old barn.

Also this classic dairy farm.

Before leaving the house, I harvested some fruit. The pears are Golden Spice which is a smaller pear that is very cold hardy. The apple is a Liberty. The plum is another Pembina.

The pears and the apple aren't quite ready yet. I just wanted to try a couple to see. I'll let the pears sit a few days to soften up then try them.

I had to borrow some blooms from a neighbors tree to pollinate my pear tree because I have 4 but only one is blooming.

Took a photo of a mushroom on a walk recently.

It didn't make it into a story line so here it is just as a decent photo.
