Spring Garden prep

Yesterday was Easter, my birthday, and a lovely Spring day - all in one 🙂

Every day starts with a walk to the lake.

Then I put up a new bird house. We are hoping for blue birds. There were some in the yard later in the day 🤞

Next we started on the garden.

We added one big square bed and four smaller ones.

All ready to go 👍

Here's a view of the garden from the front gate. The new beds are in the back. We expanded the fenced in area earlier this year.

Here's a view from the back of the garden where the new beds were added. Hopefully today we will start putting in some seeds for cool weather crops like lettuce, spinach, radishes.
