Seven days of Summer

Seven days, seven photos.

Summer days at the lake from the last week.

All the photos are of Lake Dunmore in Addison County located in central Vermont.

The view is looking northeast toward Mount Moosalamoo from a point on the west shore of the southern end of the lake.

All the photos are taken around 7:30am on my morning walk.

The weather has been nice all week but with some rain off and on.

The crowds around the lake and activity on the lake has dropped off some as we get near the end of summer. Schools are getting ready to start. Kids are leaving for college. Summer residents are starting to think about when to close up the cabin for the season. Campgrounds are thinning out.
