I snapped these photos of some nice looking mushrooms. Scaly inky cap (Coprinopsis variegata) likely according to Google 🙄

I have had a little luck foraging lately and brought home some chantrelles.

We have been enjoying working through the chantrelles. Had some on burgers, lots in omelettes, added to a pasta bake. They are just good tasting in about anything 😁

I didn't get any photos when out foraging. Its been raining all week. Should be some good foraging opportunities coming up 🍄👍

Always good to have a few chanterelles in an omelette. Simple and delicious.

Thanks. I caught the toadstools perfect. They were a mess after just another day or two. Hopefully many more chantrelles to come 🙂
