5th Anniversary

We celebrated our 5th Year Anniversary of being in Vermont. We went to Cafe Provence in Brandon. I didn't get any photos of the outside of the restaurant so here is its website Cafe Provence. We got crab cakes for an appetizer.

My wife had the Salad Nicoise. This is a great restaurant that we are lucky to have in a nearby small town.

I had the Tomato Pie with scallops. The French chef ended up in Vermont as Executive Chef at the New England Culinary Institute. After many years in that position, he opened a restaurant and cooking school in Brandon. He previously also had a wine shop and bakery.

We finished up with a dessert sampler - chocolate bomb with scoop of ice cream, cream brulee, and cheesecake. It was a great meal.

We love it in Vermont. We ate at Cafe Provence because we were eating there when we were informed our California home sale closing was complete. So we thought it would be a nice recognition of 5 years later.
Buen plan para celebrar, saludos!
Gracias, fue maravilloso 🙂
5 years already! Time flies. It looks like a delicious celebration.
It was wonderful. He cooks everything himself and has trouble with good waitstaff so sometimes the service is very slow. That has kept us from visiting too often. But this time everything was perfect.
No matter which business you are in it's oftem employees that cause the most headaches!
