Sailing Bras D'Or
Well the sailing trip finished up.
It was quite an adventure with a few mishaps along the way, but overall it was great time.
We ended up cutting it a day short because the motor on the boat was having some serious issues, and the keel took some damage that took out our ability to continue sailing.
On the last day, I ended up having to hotwire the motor to get it going due to a fried start relay. The gear shift cable was also being held together with some duct tape and zip ties at that point so cutting it short was the smart choice.
The weather during the whole week long trip was absolutely fantastic. Couldn't have asked for nicer weather with perfect wind. And when we finished, it all turned to rain for nearly a week so it was certainly well timed for that.
Here's a few more photo's and a short video of our trip. You can also see a few more photos here.
Anchored at the marina in Baddeck, the sunsets were spectacular.
Another fabulous sunset off Whycocomagh.
Ropes, ropes, and more ropes.
Here's the video to nicely sum up the trip.

The Hivebuzz proposal already got important support from the community. However, it lost its funding a few days ago and only needs a bit more support to get funded again.
May we ask you to support it so our team can continue its work?
You can do it on Peakd, ecency, Hive.blog or using HiveSigner.
