The Insect Killer - Common roommate
I woke up this morning with a weird sound. It was very unusual and it did not took me too long to identify the source of it. It was gecko lizards fighting on the wall. It was kind of wrestlemania going on, and even my presence did not bothered them.
We call them our roommate (as mentioned on the title) due to its presence in every household. These gecko can be found on all home. It is not like thst, I am staying in remote area to see them more often. These lizards species are very common. They can be found , on the wall, behind the door, or u derneath the shelf. Sometimes, they sneak into our cloths as well. Many people scared of them, but finding them so often makes them quite common.
They are the best flies or insects catcher at home. So they can be called as per controller. They can be seen as soon as lights turned on. The lights invites flies and insects, and these gecko comes out to make them their prey. They are very expert in hunting. They crawl back slowly and attack in a very rapid pace.
I never seen them fighting eith one another, but last few days I have seen them biting each other and fighting g as well. This is third such instance, where two of them were fighting. At first it looked to be as they are mating and making love. But they were in a fierce mood. They ran after one another bites each other and finally they hide themselves somewhere on the wall or behind something. They do drop put their poops here and there, which looks to be a black and little bot of white spot at one end. It was like the urine.
Anyway they are very common to us and thought to share the aggressive behaviour with all. Hope you find this strange behavior of "gecko" interesting.
Having a quiet laugh over here, yes these guys are quite something making the strangest noises and do attack each other. Strange behaviour I take it normal for them in the long run!
Best mosquito catchers in town....

I remembered when I was young When there were times when it was fashionable for us to play with rubber bands while I was lying down and looking up at the roof, I saw many lizards and that's when I immediately thought about shooting them with rubber bonds. Some fall when they are hit, but when I was told by Grandpa that it was not good because God would be angry, I stopped 😁. Here we discipline the young people not to play with them because they say it's like kissing the ground before nightfall and before it stays on the walls and roofs and that's like a source of maybe they're religious that's why. But promise, I don't know why their excrement stinks so much 😳. I love lizards but I hate geckos.
There are some superstion stories as well. If it fall on on ypur body on the right side then it is assumed it will good luck...but if it falls on left then something bad will happen....many a times there looks is too creepy....but I too have fond memory of playing with them in childhood...
Lol it’s funny how you took your time to observe them 😂😂
Never knew they eat flies and insects.
Something similar happened today on my way home, don’t know if the two cows I saw were mating or fighting because they were all over each other but there were both males, someone said they are gay😂
Gay cow...sound strange .lol...mine counter was completelly different it was like watching live port early in the dsy ..but later realised they were fighting ....they were very common around my home
Yay! 🤗

I used to tell this at home too. Lizards are very important in pest control. Some people drive them away. I recommend against that. I have very big and fat lizards at home.
