Just a little fungi friend I found on my walk today. Isn't it amazing?

Mushrooms are increasingly popular in Indian cuisine due to their nutritional benefits and ability to enhance the flavor of dishes. They are a good source of vitamins and minerals, and their taste adds depth to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Mushrooms are a welcome addition to Indian cuisine because they are nutritious, flavorful, and versatile, and their popularity is growing as more people discover their culinary and health benefits. However, many household are in confusion to call it a Veg item or Non veg item. It is strange how the little fungi species are yet to find a domain. Surely, the people easily able to diffrentiate the edible with non edible but many people find it challenging to cook them at their kitchen calling these as Non veg food items.

This time of the year the market is filled with lots of button mushroom. One that is selling very fast in stores or open market. There are some wild species which the locals people collect from the forest or green land area and sold them in local market. I found a collection of wooden mushroom of different shapes and size growing from a choped tree.

The nature is amazing as it allows lives to grow from anywhere. This little grasses growing on top the tree surface. 🌳 is an example of the natures magic. While tip has these blades of grasses the bottom and the remaining portion of the chopped tree is filled with mushroom.of various shapes. The one that really caught my attention is the white piece that appears right near to my foot area. I let it to the viewers to consider what that image that comes to your mind on looking at it.

There is another one too with similar shape wut with a little jelly items on its bottom. I touched it gently, it was bit sticky. I avoided touching them too hard as they were soft and delicate.

The stems of the tree is filled with many other umbrella shaped mushroom funfi that were brownish in color. The choped tree and the most weather ( due to rain) let them to grow of their own. At least the chopped piece of tree houses some wonderful species of mushroom. That makes them appears good.

These nature has blessed these mushroom with some colours so that they appear besutiful tonthe watchers. The presence of colors make them look good and noticeable even with the naked eyes. These were not edible but growing from tree bases may allow people to consider it a veg food items.
