Good people, good vibes, and good beers !

Drinking beer, especially in the company of friends, can enhance feelings of pleasure, relaxation, and sociability. Furthermore, the shared experience of drinking beer can strengthen social bonds and create a sense of camaraderie. But drinking beer openly is not allowed in India, and a visit to a restaurant alwsys been a costly affair. Above that, drinking beer within the closed door of home is not that much fun. So what should a normal fri3nds circle do to enjoy a can of beer.? For them we have make shift 'dhaba' or hotel that cater their needs. I happen to enjoy one such get together weekend and had some chilled beer after a long time.

These make shift 'dhaba' are running illegally within the core of the city. Yet the bribe system allow them to run fully functionally. These were fully equipped with a small kitchen, table areangemnt , light fan and food to serve the visitor at a reasonable cost. Ar leadr much lessor thay what a big restaurant will charge you. The condition of these dhaba are not appealing or give a nice ambience, yet it has a been first choice for drinkers. They take their bottle of beer / whiskey / rum or anything and sat on those chair and enjoy their drinks. I took a can of Carlbourgh beer with me.

The background may give you a little idea of the place. Their is dim light, the roof of thatches and they have coal furnace to cook. Yes they can cook mutton or chicken as per your choice. Either you can carry your raw meat from outside and ask them to cook or you can order from their own kitchen. These can serve you both. Me and my friend took our meat and asked them to cook fresh and they did it 30 min. They served to is in paper place.

The texture might gives you an idea, of its taste and spiciness. But this is how we enjoy our glass of beer or alcohol. My friends were more interested in alcohol so they too a quarter of whiskey and a bottle of water which were ordered from the same dhaba.

It has been a while since I had beer. But before the onset of next festival and winter I wanted to try more and more so I didn't took long to empty the can in plastic glass. Yes these were provided by the dhaba owner. They do take care of all the needs of drinker. From snacks to plate to glass to water to table to meals thay have everything that is required to enjoy a glass of alcohol. And I did enjoyed every sip after a long break. I thinknit was more than a year.

Small town have these set up to let a common man enjoy their drinks. But this place is not limited to only a common man, even many rich people do enjoy these place to enjoy drink in peace and simultaneously save some more money from expensive restaurant. There were quite a rush in the afternoon time, which does not let me to click pictures. But I made sure to enjoy the beer till its last drop.

I enjoyed the beer more, because this is rhe first time I get hold of #carlbourg beer. It is not easily available in local shops. But finding it here was a surprise as I always find them.in big restaurant of big cities. I had one can which I assume is enough, as I have to enjoy the mutton too. Overall or was good #beersaturday after a gap of a year and had my share of great time.
