Garden Delights. Lost in the ornamental flower paradise.

My visit to the flower show was full of discovery. I feel everyone should visit these kind of shows to make themselves familiar with different botanical these plant. Honestly I enhance my knowledge a bit, after spending hours under the sun. As it was flower show, the entire area was covered with flower. It was like making yourself familiar with difderent flower species. Some were known, while many were new for me. Like the species of Ornamental kale or you may refer it as cabbage flower often used as a garnish on plates.

Ornamental kale, also known as flowering kale or cabbage, is a garden accessory that can add color and variety to your landscape.

This one really attracted me. At first, I took it as a cabbage and was wondering what a vegetable is doing in flower show. But it did not took to know a little bit of it. This flower belongs from the same species as that of cabbage. This one often used as a garnish on plates of pasta , psrsley or some other food dishes. What make it more attractive was rhe way it was aligned. There were two colors of flower and there were perfectly assembles to make a attractive formation. Like they have the while species kept in the centre , while the vibrant pink/purple were making the border area.

It's in the same species as edible cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower, but is cultivated for vanity instead of taste.

On a closer look the leaves were like a piece of paper very thin, the Gardner added little bit of knowledge saying that these will in winter or in frost. These flower do not sustain in summer. This makes me feel, bit lucky to visit the show in the winter. It was the find of the show. Fascinated with the color snd sppearsnce of these flowrr, i kept on clicking them with differrnt angles. And each of them were treat to the eyes. Hope you find them attractive too.

The natural shades of Green and White followed by Magnetta were a treat to eyes and amazes me with their full blossomed in the ground.
