And this is where things get really interesting. Between last post and this, @ecoinstant added $10 to your pending balance using the new functionality we released at this time. It was during our testing, so accrual rounds may have been accelerated at the same time (pending balance transfers occur at the same time as accruals.) You would have increased the same 0.042 from your own units, together with 10 from @ecoinstant, for a new pending balance of 0.634 + 0.042 + 10 = 10.676

You received 3.779 in upvotes, which implies an actual pending balance of 11.337. During testing, we sometimes accelerate accruals by running the transactions processes many times in a short interval (this has since been fixed with a configuration that lets us shut off accruals during testing of new features and turn them back on again after.

After these votes, you would have had a pending balance of 7.558

Note this was published the same date as this post. Also note the announcement of dynamic accrual rates. Our VP was above 80% when we released the dynamic accrual. Pending balance accrual rates increased steadily for a couple of weeks as VP gradually declined to below 50%. After that, it took almost two months of declining accrual rates rates for VP to dip down, stabilize, and then climb back above 50%
