| The Mannheim May Fair is just around the corner, but this time it's not just the regulars who are here on the square. No, this time there are many different rides on offer. Three overhead rides, three amusement rides (one of which is a ghost house), two roller coasters, a Ferris wheel and seven round rides. Of course, there is also culinary food, drinks, a beer garden and many other amusements on offer. The Mannheim May Fair begins on April 27 and ends on May 14, 2024. | Die Mannheimer Maimesse steht vor der Türe, doch diesmal sind nicht nur die Stammbeschicker hier auf dem Platz. Nein, diesmal gibt es sehr viele unterschiedliche Fahrgeschäfte im Angebot. Drei Überkopf-Fahrgeschäfte, drei Laufgeschäfte (eine davon ein Geisterlaufhaus), zwei Achterbahnen, ein Riesenrad und sieben Rundfahrtgeschäfte. Natürlich ist auch für kulinarisches Essen, Trinken, Biergarten und viele andere Belustigungen in Angebot. Die Mannheimer Maimesse beginnt am 27.4. und endet am 14.5.2024. |

(2) The authorization shall not, however, extend to dissemination and display that violates a legitimate interest of the person depicted or, if the person is deceased, of his or her relatives. | Für alle die auf den Foto zu sehen sind, gibt es eine gesetzliche Grundlage, dass ich eure Einwilligung nicht benötige, um das Foto zu veröffentlichen. § 23 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 KunstUrhG (1) Ohne die nach § 22 erforderliche Einwilligung dürfen verbreitet und zur Schau gestellt werden: 1. Bildnisse aus dem Bereiche der Zeitgeschichte; 2. Bilder, auf denen die Personen nur als Beiwerk neben einer Landschaft oder sonstigen Örtlichkeit erscheinen; 3. Bilder von Versammlungen, Aufzügen und ähnlichen Vorgängen, an denen die dargestellten Personen teilgenommen haben; 4. Bildnisse, die nicht auf Bestellung angefertigt sind, sofern die Verbreitung oder Schaustellung einem höheren Interesse der Kunst dient. (2) Die Befugnis erstreckt sich jedoch nicht auf eine Verbreitung und Schaustellung, durch die ein berechtigtes Interesse des Abgebildeten oder, falls dieser verstorben ist, seiner Angehörigen verletzt wird. |
