Recap July 2025 ⏰️ (Eng - Spa)

It's incredible that it's already August; it's gone by so quickly that I'm nervous to check my goals and see which ones I've achieved and which ones I haven't, but it's necessary to get over that scare so we can rejoice in the things that were achieved and straighten out the path for those that are still missing. At a glance, I know that I managed to keep going to the gym until July, I started a music course that I had wanted to do for a long time, and I also got involved in online and face-to-face courses from the Empresas Polar Foundation, which I haven't posted about yet.

July was a very hectic month for me. I was really active in many activities, the main one being accompanying my mum to a series of tests and doctors' appointments, but I'll start at the beginning, in the order of my images for the month. I wish you a happy August, full of surprises, health and prosperity.

1 July: I don't know why I have the bad habit of closing my eyes when others take photos of me. It's something inevitable and even hereditary 🤣, as the same thing happened to an aunt of mine and she appeared with her eyes closed in her wedding photos. Well, on this day I went to the gym and we took several photos with different poses. In almost all of them, as you can see, my eyes are closed, and when I try not to do it, my eyes look squinty. 🤣 🤪.

10 July: Completion of the video tutorial course. Here I am hugging the teacher, Ricardo Diaz. There were four 4-hour sessions per week, where the teacher shared his knowledge and we had a great time.

19 July: My grandmother turned 94 on 17 July, but it was on the 19th that my brother gave her a cake to celebrate her birthday. In this picture, my grandmother is with her three grandchildren from her daughter Doris.

21 July: On this day, I went with my mum to the Maestranza clinic for her pre-operative tests. We were nervous that something might come back abnormal, but it didn't. Still, I had to rush to get authorisation from the endocrinologist. It was the start of a very stressful week. I convinced her to take this photo because she doesn't like it. My mum had her operation on 25 July, and it's been a week now. Yesterday she had a fever of 39 degrees, and I got very nervous, but thank God she's better today.

28 July: And finally, I have a photo from my Google image gallery, one of those memory photos, showing my little dog Peluche, who died 13 years ago, after giving me five years of his life. It took me five years to heal the wound of Peluche's death, and now I can look at his photos without crying. I will always love him.

Recap julio 2025 ⏰️ (Eng - Spa)

Es increíble que ya estemos en agosto; de lo rápido que ha pasado me dan nervios verificar mis metas y comprobar cuáles he logrado o no, pero es necesario pasar ese susto para alegrarnos por aquellas cosas que si se lograron y enderezar el camino por las que aún faltan, a vuelo de pájaro sé que logré mantenerme en el gimnasio hasta julio, comencé un curso de música que había deseado desde hace tiempo y también me active con cursos online y presenciales de la fundación de Empresas Polar y de los cuales aún no he publicado mi post.

Julio fue un mes muy convulsionado para mí, estuve realmente activa en muchas actividades y la principal fue acompañar a una serie de exámenes y médicos a mi mamá, pero comenzaré por el principio según el orden de mis imágenes del mes, les deseo un feliz agosto, lleno de sorpresas, salud y prosperidad.

1 de julio: No sé por qué tengo la mala costumbre de cerrar los ojos cuando otros me toman fotografías, es algo inevitable y hasta hereditario 🤣, ya que a una tía le pasaba lo mismo y en las fotos de su boda salió con los ojos cerrados. Bueno este día fui al gimnasio y nos sacamos varias fotos con diferentes poses, en casi todas salí como puedes ver, con los ojos cerrados y cuando estoy atenta para no hacerlo me salen unos ojos choretos. 🤣 🤪.

10 de julio: Culminación del curso videotutoriales, aquí aparezco abrazada con el profesor Ricardo Díaz, fueron 4 sesiones de 4 horas semanales en donde el profesor nos brindó conocimientos y buenos momentos.

19 de julio: Mi abuela cumplió 94 años el 17 de julio, pero fue el 19 que mi hermano le regaló una torta para festejar su día, en esta imagen sale mi abuela con los tres nietos de parte de su hija Doris.

21 de julio: Este día fui con mi mamá a la clínica la maestranza hacerse los exámenes preoperatorios, estábamos nerviosas que alguno saliera alterada pero no fue así, pero igual tuve que correr para conseguir la autorización de la endocrina, fue el inicio de una semana bien estresante. La convencí para sacarse esta foto porque no le gusta. Mi mamá fue operada el 25 de julio, ya tiene una semana, ayer le dio fiebre de 39 y me puse muy nerviosa, gracias a Dios hoy está mejor.

28 de julio: Y por último tengo una foto que me arroja mi galería de imágenes de Google de esas que son de recuerdos, mostrándome a mi perrito Peluche que falleció hace 13 años, y de los cuales me regaló 5 años de su vida. Sanar la herida de la muerte de Peluche me llevó 5 años y ya puedo ver sus fotos sin llorar, siempre lo voy a amar.
