Exploring the mamon tree 🌳

Greetings, happy Caturday friends! I hope you are all doing great, and your kitties too. I have to tell you that when I first joined the community, I didn't think I would have so much to say about my cat. I never thought he would inspire me to create so much content with everything he does that I can't help but tell you all about it.
These days, Hermosu 😅 has been very active, exploring every corner of the house, and as expected, he was attracted to the mamon tree. This tree is large, about 100 years old without exaggeration, since my grandmother bought this house 55 years ago and the tree was already mature and bearing fruit. This tree is in the middle of the courtyard, providing shade, and now it is Hermosu's daily challenge.

It was dusk when I noticed the cat gathering momentum and launching himself at full speed onto the mamon tree trunk. He did this several times without managing to reach the first branch; his own weight caused him to fall. He does not yet have the grip strength in his paws to hold on and climb because he is small, probably no more than four months old. So I decided to give him a little push and lift him up to where he wanted to go. This idea made me break out in a cold sweat from nerves, as he decided to climb higher and higher. He looked very alert and curious.
When I saw that he was climbing without fear of falling, I got nervous and started calling him. I kept repeating to myself what I had done. My mother, aunt, and brother were angry with me for lifting him up. It was already getting dark, and the ladder didn't reach where he was. Then my mum told me to calm down, that he's a cat and won't fall, and if he does, he'll land on his feet. Her comment calmed me down, but I thought, what if it gets dark and he can't get down?

He was happily walking from branch to branch, and I took advantage of the opportunity to take these photos where he looks beautiful. He looks big, but that's because of the zoom, hehehe. After several minutes that seemed like an eternity, he climbed down to the lowest branch, and I was able to grab him and put him on the ground. I said I would never do it again. He'll learn, and he'll feel like the king of the jungle.

Has something similar happened to you? Have you ever rescued a cat in danger? I look forward to reading your comments. Thank you very much for accompanying me, supporting me, and for your valuable time.
