Here I share with you these images that I took this Sunday while we shared with family and had a different lunch than usual. As many of you already know, I value very much being with the people you love the most. Besides, who doesn't like to share a nice meal, listen to music and then have a pleasant conversation with everyone. Además, a quien no le gusta compartir una rica comida, escuchar música y luego tener una conversación amena entre todos. | This time I bring you what was our family sharing on this Sunday with a rainy weather, but it was certainly homey and where we did not go out. So we just ate at home and did everything at home, without delivery. A weekend without delivery at home, believe me it is quite strange, friends, because the truth is that these are days where we order for a change in the food. But this time I wanted to make a different dish that was not so laborious. We made some baked plantains, accompanied by mashed potatoes, some Polish sausages and paprika juice with lemon. As you saw, it is not difficult at all, but the science is to do it with love, because the puree was from the famous brand La Granja and the Polish sausages, as you can see, I chopped them crosswise, so that they came out in the form of open leaves. Thus giving it a more striking presentation and a richer view. We cannot forget the sauces and the llanero cheese that cannot be missing in the plantains in my home. ❤️ As for the sharing on this Sunday, it was watching movies, listening and music. Culminating the week in the best way and relaxed at home, to start with all the irons. This week will be very special for me, because I will start a new project on my YouTube channel José El Legionario and with God's favor everything will be fine. Amen! 🙌💟 | En esta oportunidad les traigo lo que fue nuestro compartir familiar en este día domingo con un clima lluvioso, pero que sin duda fue hogareño y donde no salimos. Así que nos dedicamos a comer en casa y realizar todo en ella, sin pedir un delivery. Un fin de semana sin delivery en casa, créanme que es bastante extraño, amigos, porque la verdad son días donde pedimos para variar en la comida. Pero en esta oportunidad quise hacer un plato diferente y que no fuese tan laborioso. Hicimos unos plátanos al horno, acompañado de puré, unas salchichas polacas y jugo de papelón con limón. Como vieron, no es nada difícil, pero la ciencia es hacerlo con amor, porque el puré fue de la famosa marca La Granja y las salchichas polacas, como pueden ver, las piqué en cruz, para que salieran en forma de hojas abiertas. Así darle una presentación más llamativa y una rica vista. No podemos olvidar las salsas y el queso llanero que no puede faltar en los plátanos en mi hogar. ❤️ En cuanto al compartir en este día domingo, fue de ver películas, de escuchar y música. Culminando la semana de la mejor manera y relajados en casa, para poder comenzar con todos los hierros. Esta semana será muy especial para mí, porque iniciaré un nuevo proyecto en mi canal de YouTube José El Legionario y con el favor de Dios todo saldrá bien. Parte de nuestra charla de hoy en la familia fue por este tema. Y espero que también puedan acompañarme. Espero que les haya gustado la publicación.
