I didn’t want to miss the chance to participate in this round of the Reflection Hunters contest, so I rolled up my sleeves and tried to capture the reflection of a drop of water as it fell. I must admit it didn’t turn out as I expected—despite several attempts, the result wasn’t quite what I was aiming for.

I used the Snapseed app to edit my photos because it helps me adjust blurs and colors so the drop stands out from the background. That blur effect, I think, is what gives the final image a little glow. I love watching water drops fall and light up for a moment, and I’d love to capture that perfect instant one day. Even if these shots didn’t match what I had imagined, I truly liked them—and I’m also sharing the failed attempts, since sometimes the process is as enjoyable as the result.
