The photos I'm sharing were taken in Las Terrazas, a rural community in Cuba located in the province of Artemisa, within the Sierra del Rosario Biosphere Reserve. It is considered Cuba’s first Eco-Museum and has received the UNESCO Conservation Award. All the photographs were taken with my phone and perfectly reflect the beauty of a natural place filled with lush greenery.

Las fotos que les comparto son de Las Terrazas, una comunidad rural de Cuba, ubicada en la provincia de Artemisa dentro de la Reserva de la Biosfera Sierra del Rosario. Es considerado el primer Eco-Museo de Cuba y ha recibido el Premio de Conservación de la UNESCO. Todas las fotografías fueron tomadas con el móvil y reflejan a la perfección la belleza de un lugar natural y con mucho, pero mucho verde.

This place is truly a breath of peace, defined by the calm atmosphere and pure air. It's an ideal location, perfect for capturing great landscape photos, with a habitat full of unique plants and animals where terrestrial and aquatic fauna coexist.

The most prominent flora includes conifers and royal palms, in a landscape of valleys and mountains. These photos definitely capture that beauty, but there's no better feeling than breathing the air of that place.

La flora que más podemos apreciar son coníferas y palmas reales, en un paisaje entre valles y montañas. Sin dudas las fotos captan esta belleza, pero no hay mejor sensación que respirar el aire de ese lugar.
