These are beautiful hibiscus flowers, also known as Jamaica flower. These in particular seemed very pretty to me; they were grown as a hedge, covering the entrance to the place. What fascinates me about these flowers is their size, the variety of colors, and the ways in which their petals are arranged. The ones I'm showing you are the most common where I live, but my favorites are the white ones.
