Greetings,

Dear friends, today in Venezuela, as in many countries, is a non-working day because of the catholic festivity of the holy week, where the death and resurrection of Christ is relived.

Yesterday I was able to attend mass at the cathedral before work, today there is no procession of saints so we took the opportunity at home to get together and prepare several desserts typical of the season, but my wife will take care of that hehehe.

In the meantime, as the duty is not to eat red meat, I prepared a chicken barbecue and I took the opportunity to accompany it with some delicious roasted peppers with mozzarella.

Of course all this in the company of a rich Venezuelan rum winner of many awards as one of the best in the world and that I can be proud that it is made in my town or as we say the councilmen in my backyard.

All this always accompanied by my best brand Hive.

Queridos amigos hoy en Venezuela al igual que muchos países el día es no laborable por la festividad católica de la semana santa, dónde se revive la muerte y resurrección de cristo.

Ayer pude asistir a la misa en la catedral antes de trabajar, hoy no hay procesión de santos así que aprovechamos en casa de reunirnos y preparar varios postres típicos de la temporada, pero de eso se encargará mi esposa jejeje.

Yo mientras tanto como el deber ser es no comer carnes rojas me provocó preparar y a barbacoa de pollo y aproveché de acompañar con unos ricos pimentones asados con mozzarella.

Eso sí todo esto en compañía de un rico ron venezolano ganador de muchos premios como uno de los mejores del mundo y que puedo tener el orgullo de que se elabora en mi pueblo o como decimos los consejeños en mi patio trasero.

Todo esto siempre acompañado de mi mejor marca Hive.
