Ayer hubo una clase especial es el dojo donde entrena César, como soy quien usualmente toma las fotos, me tome el momento para poder poner mi lente a trabajar.

Claro que yo tomo las fotos desde el teléfono, así que no son fotos profesionales, pero no sé por qué en blanco y negro le dan un toque bonito.

En la clase se dieron directrices sobre movimientos, posiciones, técnicas de combate, además de motricidad, ayuda a que el niño/atleta sepa direccionar su cuerpo y consiga mejorar la fuerza de sus movimientos.

Para mí es un deporte que siempre me ha gustado, solo que me encontré con él cuando mi hijo necesitó hacer ejercicio y qué mejor que el kárate.

Yesterday there was a special class in the dojo where César trains, since I am the one who usually takes the photos, I took the moment to put my lens to work.

Of course I take the photos from the phone, so they are not professional photos, but I don't know why black and white gives it a nice touch.

In the class, guidelines were given on movements, positions, combat techniques, as well as motor skills, it helps the child/athlete know how to direct his body and improve the strength of his movements.

For me it is a sport that I have always liked, only that I found myself with it when my son needed to exercise and what better than karate.
