As for the building, I don't believe that you will need such a huge space to play with two children. 😄

As I have said before, many local people do not like this building and do not agree with its construction. Yet I adore it. The more I look at the photos I took of it, the more I am convinced that it is unique, extremely beautiful, complex in design and extremely interesting architecture. 😊

To get an office space in this building with a cool view of the sea must cost a fortune. This means only the rich and classy business men and women will own the office. 😃

Hi @ladytitan, when I admire something made by human hands, which is usually architecture, I walk around it and examine it from all sides, taking close-up photos. 😊 I too don't know what material it is made of. I am not an expert in architecture, just an admirer.
As for the price, you probably are right and only rich business owners could afford it.

I am now almost 30 years old, and I can no longer afford to hear the babbling of my mother who desperately wants to hold her grandson😅
It doesn't need to be big which is important I just feel comfortable, it's more than enough
