Ha ha, I really have more π Even with a camera. Because I can't understand how you can photograph the Bulgarian flag without the Turkish flag behind it. This is ridiculous and hard to understand. I also really love church photography bans (you're very well aware of it yourself), but in this case I just refuse to go in there. Because no one can explain to you the reason for these bans (same as in the above case), they just ask you for money to take a picture, that's it.
Yeah, I was wondering the whole time where the police were, ie. authorities, since we were in such a place and there are such prohibitions. There was no one there. But as you say - "invisible presence" and "silence" - these are the main factors there that make the place so special.
I actually would have visited it before. I was with a group nearby and wanted to visit it, but I got a response of the sort: There is nothing interesting to see there.
Well, I wouldn't say that. There is a lot to see and experience - what I have shown, maybe also swimming, lying on the beach and eating in the restaurant... But that wouldn't change much the feeling emanated all around.

It made me wish that there's a secret passage where I can teleport from here to there! Your photos made me want to go there at the end of the world βΊοΈ I need to travel 𧳠outside the country soon...
Well, I wish you this then - to travel abroad. π
I'm glad that my photos have affected you in such a way. But I think there are many other, much nicer, hospitable and beautiful places where you can go. And why go there again, to the End of the World, since you have already been there through my photos π
Regards
He he, exactly! But actually, do we know it? I'm sure everyone interprets it from their own perspective (that was mine π). And it could be something completely different.
Well, hopefully we'll never find this out!
LMAO the dinosaurs were not smart enough to see the chaos.. Un fortunately the way the world is going, we will most likely know its the end! Great pics and a very beautiful spot!
Your pictures and words bring me right into this location. I can sense the peace and quiet while also having a bit of uneasiness due to the inhospitality of the area. It's interesting that you aren't allowed to photograph Turkish land, wonder what the reasoning behind that is. At least the photos will now live forever on the Hive blockchain π. Thank you for sharing this special place π
I also had no idea that I was not allowed to take pictures. But I guess that's because it's a border. I recently crossed a border crossing with another country by car and saw the sign that says photography is prohibited.
Well, there were no signs here. It's a tourist spot of some sort here, but still.
Thank you for the appreciation!π

This space at the edge of EU and Bulgaria is really something. I've been there a few times and silence there is kinda special...

Is it always like that? Strange π€ It really makes the place spooky.
I can't tell if always, as I've been only a few times there. I suppose the invisible presence of the border police helps too :)))

Yes, a matter of personal point of view, as always... Usually the group decisions aren't the best for the individual :D
