Photographic result of a trip

This post might seem a little strange to you, but it's actually about travel photography. I have a trip coming up and I'm curious to see how it'll turn out. As always, I have marked many points on the map. Not so much to visit and see as to photograph. But what will actually happen? And what will the weather be like?

I've been in places where the camera couldn't be taken out of the raincoat all day. It also happened to have planned to visit a place that turned out to require a reservation weeks or months in advance, or a visit is only possible on a single day of the week, and I happened to be at that place on another day, etc.
There are so many things beyond our control on our journey.

Or maybe I just don't feel like taking pictures. I can suddenly feel lazy, and don't feel like going anywhere.
This is less likely. But there is always such a possibility.

Just like the photos I show you in this post. They're pretty weird, I know. But this is the result of a trip, visiting a city where I had planned to take pictures, and I ended up taking pictures only of the interesting design of the mall toilet, because the weather outside was cold and I suddenly decided that I would not go anywhere and I won't take any pictures.

So, what traveling has taught me from a photography point of view - to not have high expectations and to be grateful for the small opportunities that are presented to me 😃

P.S. The design is beautiful, isn't it? 🙃

Nowadays, this blog no longer exists, but I'm still here - passionate about architecture, art and mysteries and eager to share my discoveries and point of view with you.

Not weird at all. Simply fascinating. Yes, toilets in malls and restaurants are great spots for photo hunting.

Have a great trip and many fascinating photo opportunities.

Ha ha, really 😃 Each person's photographic experience is unique and happens only to them, besides each occasion puts you in interesting places and situations. Photographers probably have the most interesting stories to tell of all adventurers. 😅

They truly are! I was amazed to see them in an ordinary mall just like that. So unexpected..
