I am very happy to be lucky enough to see a new post from you.
Life is continually pushing us against the ropes with low blows, without any compassion.
It is not very fair, but it is like that, this year seems to me to be a shower of complicated situations for me, but I wish and hope that you can continue writing and sharing, we want to see how you get ahead, writing a diary or keeping a written record helps a lot in situations of depression.
And if you have any falls, we are here to encourage you.

True and I feel like as the days pass by, life is getting more difficult. The future seems difficult...

I am so sorry to hear that and I can relate myself tbh, I have an idea about this year and I don't feel much positivity about it...I hope you will manage to handle the upcoming complications...

I will try but I am not sure still, I just don't feel good...

keeping a written record helps a lot in situations of depression.

My therapist also told me the same, let's see...
