Como emprendedor en el área de la repostería y los pasapalos, entiendo perfectamente lo que dices del exceso de azúcar; a veces el equilibrio es la clave para disfrutar el sabor real, como el del pistacho. Me encanta el pistacho por es le tuve como mucha fe, el punto esta en el equilibrio del dulce, en todas las que probe, sentí que no había equilibrio, era demasiada azúcar, aunque me encanto la de pitufos, estaba bastante divertida!
