BAKAWAN ECO-PARK BEACH

This is a pictures taken when we went to Bakawan eco-park Beach at Baung La Union last 2023 with my brothers and cousins.

At first we thought that it's just a simple Eco-park like the others and this is not so familiar in post because it has a limited post in social media but when we go here we are so surprise of how the nature and the bakawan trees are preserves. This Eco Park is free of entrance fees and you just need to do is sign in the visitors log book but I don't know now if they put already a entrance fee to the park. After that you can now go for a 200 meter walk to a bridge with a with of at least 1.5 to 2 meters in width to go through a lagoon where you can hire a boat to roam you around the whole lagoon area.

When we went here, it's time that is low tide. And when it's low tide the water is shallow and hard for the bangkero to push the boat if it's carry to many person. Normally it can carry 8 person if it's high tide but unluckyly we went here in low tide so we divided into two so that the boat will not run aground.

While we are travelling around the lagoon we saw many fishers in the shallow area collecting clamps to sell to the visitors. We also saw some petroleum lamp used when they are fishing at night.

After 40 minutes of roaming around the lagoon we are now at the beach side. This is our first time experience a cold water under our feet while at the top of the water is warm. The water also is not to salty to the eyes because we are between the river water and sea.

After we roam around the lagoon and swim at the beach we not go back to where we part. Even we wants to enjoy more the beach, must need to go back because it's already lunch and we didn't bring food to eat because this is not planned we just pin point location to stroll around. And we just hire the boat for 3 hours only. I don't know if 400 per boat what we paid for the bangkeros.

Bakawan eco-park is a good place for prenuptial pictures if you both is a nature lover. In just in the bridge only you can catch goods pictures because of the will design of the bridge. When we go ashore we meet a couple taken pictures for their near wedding. We watch the couples taken pictures while we are resting coming from the trip at the lagoon going back. We bought meryenda in the near store because it's to hungry traveling and swimming in the beach. After we rest, we take a shower to the well to clean up our body from remaining sand in our body and to change our wet cloths to a dry ones.
