La salud es primero [ESP-ENG]

Debo admitir que odio los resfriados, bueno, en general odio todo lo que retrasé mis actividades de trabajo,gym y en general estilo de vida. Después de mucho tiempo, enfermé de gripe, por lo que tuve que tomar reposo en casa y seguir con el tratamiento para que los síntomas disminuyeran. Con tanto calor y sin ganas de hacer nada, tuve que resignarme a solo mirar Game of Thrones. Fue la única manera de quedarme tranquilo mientras mi cuerpo se sentía cansado y sin ganas de hacer nada.

No obstante, el martes pasado tuve que salir de casa a realizar algunas diligencias, no quería hacerlo, pero la obligación fue más fuerte. Por suerte mi papá me llevo al sitio, y pude resolver algunas cosas pendientes de mi actual trabajo. Usé una mascarilla después de mucho tiempo, esto para evitar contagiar a otros de la gripe. Algunas personas no son concientes y hasta te estornudan en la cara, 😡. Por mi, estuvieran todos esos insensatos bien presos.

Regrese a casa con el ocaso. Al menos me animé a tomar unas selfies para compartirlas acá en Liketu, debo admitir que las iba a publicar el mismo día, pero la gripe no me dejó. No obstante, acá estoy, todavía con algo de malestar, pero con ganas de seguir adelante. Tuve que paralizar mis actividades de Gym y trabajo, incluso de Hive. Pero señores, la salud es primero (⁠^⁠^)...

I must admit that I hate colds, well, in general I hate everything that slowed down my work,gym and overall lifestyle activities. After a long time, I got sick with the flu, so I had to take rest at home and continue with the treatment for the symptoms to subside. With so much heat and no desire to do anything, I had to resign myself to just watching Game of Thrones. It was the only way to stay calm while my body felt tired and did not feel like doing anything.

However, last Tuesday I had to leave the house to run some errands, I didn't want to, but the obligation was stronger. Luckily my dad drove me to the site, and I was able to resolve some unfinished business from my current job. I wore a mask after a long time, this to avoid infecting others with the flu. Some people are not aware and even sneeze in your face, 😡. For my sake, they would be all those foolish people in jail.

I returned home with the sunset. At least I dared to take some selfies to share them here in Liketu, I must admit that I was going to publish them the same day, but the flu didn't let me. Nevertheless, here I am, still with some discomfort, but with the will to go on. I had to stop my Gym and work activities, including Hive. But gentlemen, health comes first (^^)...
