Exploring Ansar- The rooftop of Parvati valley in Himachal Pradesh, India. Part-1

The very sight of rolling hills, attractive landscapes, cloudy skies, and tiny picturesque villages fascinates me. It brings about a positive change in my mood. Whenever I feel low, I take a little walk in the undulating hills. It freshens me up and fills me with joy like a young playful child. It calms my mind when the cold mountain breeze brushes past my face and plays with my hair. All this adds a new meaning to my life. The sight of sheep and cows grazing the green pastures, farmers cutting the grass, beautiful mountains covered in snow, children playing, and an old lady sitting and knitting a woollen sweater is just so amazing that I wish I could stop time from flowing and live in that moment forever. 💜

I woke up at 6:00 AM in the morning and went outside to look up at the sky hoping to find a clear sky so that I could go ahead with my plan of exploring Ansar- A beautiful village on a flat-topped hill. I found out that the sky was somewhat cloudy and I was having second thoughts if I should proceed with my plan or not. I decided to go on with my project. I rushed inside and packed my bags for the exciting journey ahead.

We started off early in the morning and reached Ansar by the afternoon. We were welcomed by a beautiful view of the landscape. The landscape was so beautiful that I thought I made the right decision by coming here. The cold mountain breeze flew right past us giving us goosebumps. The view was just so spectacular it left our jaws dropped.

We were on the top of the mountain and could see the entire Parvati valley from there. The view was just so mesmerizing. The mountaintop was a vast stretch of flat land. There was also a temple dedicated to the local gods and goddesses. Cows and sheep were grazing the green pastures. Some other tourists came to enjoy the view. Nature was blooming.

While taking a walk across the field, I stumbled upon these cute little sheep having their afternoon meal and basking in the sun.

After playing with the sheep, we decided to go to the local temple nearby. The temple is dedicated to Lord Kaali Naag-a local deity. The picturesque architecture of the temple is overwhelmingly impressive.

A view of the entire Kullu valley from the top of the mountain. I could get a picture of the roads, houses, buildings, the Beas river, Bhuntar Airport, and the green hills from this place. It felt as if I was among the clouds.

After visiting the temple, I decided to stretch my legs and roam around the area with my friends. We played on the ground and spent some quality time together.

After spending my day there, I went back home with some beautiful pictures, never-dying memories, and a satisfied soul!
