Sunny day. Happy Soul ☀️ [ESP-ENG]

Después de una semana de responsabilidades, era justo y necesario aprovechar este lunes feriado con un poco de relajación y descanso. Pasarme todo el día frente a la computadora y el teléfono es parte de mi trabajo pero, de vez en cuando, mi cuerpo y mi mente me piden desconectarme de todo, un día en el parque es ideal para esto.

Allí realicé un poco de ejercicio y grabé una parte de esta rutina de entrenamiento para hacer algunas participaciones en la semana fitness de 3shorts (probablemente suba mi video el día de mañana ya que hoy no alcanzo a editarlo). Una de mis partes favoritas de hacer ejercicio al aire libre es que veo a otras personas trotando, haciendo barras, jugando con pelotas y eso me motiva muchísimo.

Las fotografías que les comparto en esta publicación fueron tomadas por mi madre y capturaron un pedacito de mi día en el parque, recostada en la grama, tomando un poco de sol y relajándome. Además, un par de selfies que transmiten la felicidad de un día tranquilo.

Tengo una pila interna solar y siento que quedó completamente recargada con este día😅. Ya estoy lista para comenzar mi semana con toda la motivación y energía 🤗

After a week of responsibilities, it was fair and necessary to live this holiday Monday with some relaxation and rest. Spending all day in front of the computer and the phone is part of my job but, from time to time, my body and mind ask me to disconnect from everything, a day in the park is ideal for this.

There I did some exercise and recorded a part of this workout routine to make some entries in the 3shorts fitness week (I'll probably upload my video tomorrow since I can't edit it today). One of my favorite parts of exercising outdoors is that I see other people jogging, doing bars, playing with balls and that motivates me a lot.

The pictures I'm sharing with you in this post were taken by my mom and captured a little bit of my day at the park, laying on the grass, soaking up some sun and relaxing. Also, a couple of selfies that convey the happiness of a peaceful day.

I have an internal solar battery and I feel like it was fully recharged with this day😅. I am now ready to start my week with all the motivation and energy 🤗.
